Shannon Robinson--President

Shannon works for Ouray and San Miguel Counties Juvenile Diversion Program as a Case Manager and Prevention Coordinator. She has lived in Ridgway since 1984 and has married and raised her family here. She supports the Voyager Youth Program because she is committed to seeing Ouray County youth have the opportunity to make healthy choices.

Lanae Pierce, Vice President

Lanae was born and raised in Texas and has lived on the Western Slope for more than seven years. She has 13 years of experience working in various school districts with children who have special needs. Her son attends Voyager Youth Program, and Lanae feels that the program is vital for the success of her son and her family. Lanae supports the Voyager Youth Program because Voyager is a community outreach program that provides a safe, loving environment for the families of Ouray County. 

Dudley Case--Treasurer

Dudley continues to be extremely active in local affairs. He is a Board member and President/Treasurer of The Ridgway HOA, former President/Treasurer of the Top of the Pines board, former Vice-Chair of the Ouray County Road Committee, Board member and Secretary/Treasurer of Second Chance Humane Society, Board member and Secretary of the Ridgway-Ouray Community Council, Board member of Uncompahgre Watershed Partnership, and volunteers for a host of other organizations. Dudley has an amazing and diverse educational and experiential background that serves Voyager well. 

Karen Matsuda

As a professional business woman, Karen has been in the healthcare – medical equipment and contract furniture industry for 28 years. Karen is a single mother who resides in Ridgway because it is in close proximity to her friends in the Telluride region and the great outdoors. Skiing, Camping, Hiking, Boating, Biking, Cooking, and Socializing are among her passions. In addition to being on the Voyager board, she volunteers for Friends of Ridgway Schools (FORS), an active fundraiser in elementary school activities.

Scott Plumb:

Mary and Scott Plumb purchased a home in Ridgway, CO, in 2008. After 28 years in a global career selling aircraft and managing sales teams in both the commercial and private aviation markets, Mary and Scott returned to retire in Ridgway in 2016. Scott joined the Voyager Board in July 2016. "I believe that youth are our future, and, if we help shape their values as children, not only do we have a safer and more healthy community today, but also we make Ridgway more attractive to families and sustainable for years to come".
